This colourful frame is handmade by a local woman who works full time as a caregiver. This is her side gig and she makes lots of them for us, then paints them in bright black colour! 

Approx 15" by 12". This frame uses heavy duty upholstery tacks (included) to adjust backing. You can then move the pattern around to complete the rug. It is a very safe frame, wrist protection is not necessary.
